Inside Saguaro Sanctuary: The Four Suites and Who Each One Suits

Every group trip has the same quiet negotiation: who gets which room. At Saguaro Sanctuary, the four suites each have their own character, so matching people to rooms is easier when you know what each one offers. Here's a quick tour.
01 The Primary
This is the most spacious suite in the house. It has a private entrance to the desert backyard and easy access to the Pilates studio and outdoor gym, so it's a natural fit for whoever plans to start each morning with a workout. The bathroom has dual sinks, which helps when two people are getting ready at the same time.
Best for the couple who organized the trip, or the early risers in the group.
02 Warm Haven
Warm Haven is a queen suite in sun-washed, warm tones, with a simple and calm feel. It's a good choice for a couple or for someone traveling solo who wants a quiet corner to recharge between group activities.
Best for whoever values sleep over late nights.
03 Collective Suite
The Collective Suite is the oversized room in the house, made for sharing. It has its own private entrance to the pool area, so its guests can go straight from bed into the water.
Best for siblings, cousins, or the friends who will be up talking well past midnight.
04 Minimalist Retreat
The Minimalist Retreat keeps things pared back: comfortable, uncluttered, and focused on the view of the Cave Creek landscape outside the window.
Best for anyone who wants a restful room with nothing competing for attention.
The shared spaces
Beyond the suites, the home covers about 2,800 square feet. Wide glass walls open the living area onto a private terrace, so the inside and outside run together, especially in the cooler months. The kitchen is set up for groups that like to cook together, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area take over once the weather invites everyone outside.
A note on sleeping arrangements
The home hosts up to 13 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with seven beds in total, so most guests will share a room. The simplest approach is to assign rooms before arrival: couples in the Primary and Warm Haven, the larger shared group in the Collective Suite, and the Minimalist Retreat for whoever needs it most.
